Editorial standards

AllAround.in is an editorial city guide, not an exhaustive calendar. These are the standards we use to keep the work useful and accountable.

Current events

Weekly and weekend pages are built around specific dates. We link to an organiser, venue, city, tourism board, or other primary source whenever a reader needs to confirm a time, ticket, location, or access detail. Plans can change, so readers should use those official links for same-day changes.

Guides and recommendations

Guides should help with a real decision: where to go, how to group a day, what needs booking, and what is a poor fit. We do not present a place as a personal visit or a first-hand recommendation unless we can support that claim. When a guide depends on temporary programming, it is treated as seasonal rather than evergreen.

Freshness and archives

Past events are kept available for readers who reach them directly, but they are removed from our XML sitemap and marked for search engines not to index. Month-specific guides are reviewed after their window passes; pages that are no longer useful as current search results are archived from search rather than being left to compete with current information.

Automation and review

Software can help with research, structure, and production. It does not replace the editorial standard: a page must be specific to its city, include useful practical context, avoid invented experience, and point readers to the source needed to verify time-sensitive facts.
