How To Use It

Use Motzener See when you want a full, structured lake day south of Berlin. Kallinchen’s own page says the Strandbad has daily bathing supervision/DLRG in season, food, a sandy beach, lawns, two swimming islands, a slide, beach volleyball, beach soccer, minigolf, and more.

The official data also lists WC and gastronomy, which makes this a better family bet than many informal lakes. It is less of a “quiet forest swim” and more of a proper summer facility.

Before You Go

Check current opening times, entry rules, and weather changes on the Kallinchen page. Check the Brandenburg water-quality page before swimming.
